cruel life winds blow
whose arms and ears and lips do you seek?
whose very presence makes your knees weak?
for these mindthoughts lurking deep within
reveal what your heart already knows
so when the person you care about most
stands before you now

And when she hugs you
body and soul

Don’t you dare let her go
